Hand Tossed NY Style

We pride ourselves on our dough, made in house everyday. Each pizza is hand tossed by one of our pizza cooks and cooked through a stone brick conveyor oven.

Fresh Pasta

All pasta is made daily, from scratch in our kitchen. We use an Organic/GMO Free based semolina flour that creates an awesome product. We make all our pastas with Brass dyes not teflon, this process is known as "Bronzing" which creates a unique texture on the pasta.

The best pizza in midtown, period. The pies are always top quality and made quickly. I've stopped ordering from other places. Toppings are perfectly placed and the staff are so friendly. Trust me, order from here if you like NY style pizza done right.

I just had a medium pizza with pepperoni with tomatoes and green pepper it was delicious. The marinara was also so good!! I eat pizza almost every day and this was some of the best pizza I ever had specially the crust!!! The service was also great. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

Tried this new place and was not disappointed. Probably one of the best pizza places around in Wilmington. Very few around here put the pizza dust (corn meal) underneath the pizza- just like in NY. Will be back for sure.
